I'm just lucky I guess because my AF105NT arrived damn near perfect right out of the box from MF. I have no idea if the early 2005's were built at a different location or not. I just wish the stores would have their demos set up better because everyone who has played mine loves it, then they go to buy one at the stores and the set-ups are terrible.
