Also, it's a very kid-friendly place, so weekends the pools are mobbed. Signage for the North Tower is tough to see (why doesn't it stick out like the South Tower sign?), as is signage in general. And the location is MILES from anywhere, so plan on staying at the hotel all the time. Due to traffic, it can take over three and a half hours (two and a half if it's way off-peak), and the off-Interstate roads are a pain to navigate (signage could be a lot better).
Upsides: The property is clean and well-maintained, rooms are spacious and the staff is super-friendly and helpful! Downsides: It's a long drive from L.A.
